I loved the fabulous massages at the spa! The room was nice but a bit smaller than expected. A tip, there was no use of the indoor pool unless you paid extra, which was a bummer! 😔

Our room was spacious, featuring a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating.

Its close proximity to hiking trails and a magnificent church enhances the serene atmosphere. Dining at "Sale e Pepe" was a treat, with local dishes elevating our experience. Just be mindful of mixed service quality!

One awesome thing was the spacious room with a huge panoramic balcony offering amazing views. The spa treatments were great, especially the fabulous massages. Plus, the pool was nice and clean, a perfect cooldown after exploring. And, pro tip, the walking path to the sanctuary was a relaxing stroll right by the hotel!

Decent stay near the Basilica

Spent 2 nights here with the fam. The location's super close to the Padre Pio Basilica, which was awesome for our visit. The breakfast was filled with tons of pastries and the outdoor pool looked nice, even if it was a bit green. Only downside? Some rooms didn’t close completely, so just check that.

The free secure parking options are a plus, giving enough space for larger vehicles. The hotel's proximity to the shrine makes it convenient for pilgrims looking to visit.

The pool area was closed during my stay, and that wasn't communicated upfront, which was a letdown. Breakfast didn’t impress—cold scrambled eggs and uninspired options made for a disappointing start to the day. The dining area felt neglected, and the food quality at lunch matched that disappointment. The overall décor screamed for modernization, with outside areas appearing worn and dated. For a place claiming four stars, the facilities didn't match that rating.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored nearby caves and visited the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Soccorso. The spa was a nice touch after our adventures. The breakfast was good, and having a garage for our car was super helpful.

However, the sharp corners on the 3D headboards were concerning, so be careful to avoid getting hurt while getting in and out of bed.

Awesome place with free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a spa offering massages. On my first stay, the staff even brought me a hot drink to warm me up! I highly recommend trying the hotel coffee over the machine. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Staying here was perfect as it was only a few steps from the stunning sanctuary of St Padre Pio and had fantastic dining options just around the corner, making it easy to enjoy local cuisine after a day of exploring. I loved how the hotel offered a relaxing spa experience to unwind after my city walks.

The breakfast was highly disappointing with moldy fruit and limited choices. Additionally, the elevators were unreliable, often stopping at every floor, which added to the inconvenience. I also discovered ants in my suitcase, which was quite unsettling and led me to request a room change.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief stopover in San Giovanni Rotondo with incredible value for money. The staff were always helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Be cautious about the spa charges if you're expecting access to the indoor pool.

i had a great stay at gran paradiso hotel spa! the room was clean, and the comfy bed helped me rest after a long drive. the location is a huge plus, as it's just a short walk to the padre pio area. i loved the spa-like sensations in the shower, making it easy to unwind.
